Step 1: Simple Booking Process

Getting started is easy!

Visit our Locations page, select your location and either call or e-mail us to book your event. All we need are the basics:

1. Date
2. Estimated time frame
3. Location (residential, school, or business)
4. Approx. number of guests

Once we have that, we will send you a quote on the price. Once approved, you’ll secure your spot with a $50 deposit through Square. Final payment is due 7 days before the event.

Step 2: The Arco Arrives

On the day of the event, the Arco trailer rolls in ready to go!

With just a 5–10 minute setup, we’re serving in no time. The Arco isn’t just a trailer, it’s a retro-meets-modern centerpiece that transforms your space with bold colors, upbeat music, and a festive vibe. Every booking comes with six signature flavors, a custom menu board, napkins, spoon-straws, cups, and everything needed to keep the shaved ice flowing. Guests will love creating their own colorful combos, making the Arco the highlight of your event.

Want to take it up a notch? You can mix and match flavors, or add even more, to create a totally customized, colorful experience your guest or guests of honor will love!
